The Opportunity

Renowned for delivering complex, high-value projects, they are now seeking a talented Design Coordinator to join their team in Bristol, working on highly sensitive defence sector schemes alongside experienced Senior Design Managers.

The Role
As Design Coordinator, you will:
- Support the Senior Design Managers in delivering projects from early stages through to completion.
- Assist in coordinating design information between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Help manage design changes, approvals, and compliance with MOD protocols.
- Contribute to design reviews, buildability assessments, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure design documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with project requirements.
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious and detail-driven Design Coordinator with:
- Previous experience in a design management or coordination role within construction.
- Exposure to defence or secure projects is highly advantageous, though not essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn within a fast-paced environment.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
