Role SpecificationThe successful candidate will be a strategic commercial professional responsible for managing complex construction contracts, driving commercial performance, and ensuring robust contractual compliance across multiple high-value construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Contractual leadership involving comprehensive tender management, contract preparation, risk assessment, and commercial negotiations.
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, managing contractual documentation, and delivering commercial excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Balancing contractual complexity, financial performance, and operational risk management across the company's diverse construction portfolio.
We are seeking an accomplished contracts professional with a minimum of five years' experience in construction contract management. A degree in Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a related field is preferred, complemented by extensive knowledge of JCT, NEC, and other standard form contracts. Exceptional analytical skills, negotiation expertise, and a forensic approach to commercial management are essential.
