Compliance Coordinator A well-established independent property business is looking to recruit a Compliance Coordinator to join its busy team in Weston-super-Mare.
Supporting a large residential property portfolio, you'll play a key role in ensuring all compliance requirements are managed efficiently, keeping records up to date and helping the business meet current legislative obligations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administration or compliance background looking to develop a career within the property industry.
The Role Coordinating compliance across a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring statutory documentation and safety records remain up to date.
Managing licence applications and monitoring ongoing compliance requirements.
Keeping compliance records accurate and tracking key renewal dates.
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve compliance-related queries.
Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Providing general administrative support to the wider property management team as required.
About you Previous experience in a compliance, administration, property, housing or other regulated environment.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience within the property sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
