Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well-known Performance Marketing Agency in London, as they are keen to bring on a Client Executive into the Client Services team on a full-time basis.

Location: London 3 to 4 days in HQ!

Salary: Competitive (£30k to £35k) + Amazing benefits!

About Us: We are a well-known performance marketing agency based in London, working with some of the world’s leading brands to deliver data-driven, high-impact marketing campaigns. Our client services team is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly and client relationships are nurtured to deliver outstanding results.

The Role: We are looking for a Client Executive to join our client services team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of client accounts, helping to deliver campaigns across multiple channels, and acting as a trusted point of contact between our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the Client Services team in strategic discussions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (paid media, SEO, creative, and analytics) to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting performance and insights.
  • Support the team in pitching and onboarding new clients as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in client-facing roles, ideally within a marketing agency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Passion for performance marketing and understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the agency environment.
