Role Overview
- Managing commercial activity across multiple fit-out projects.
- Preparing tender packages, procurement and subcontract management.
- Cost planning, forecasting and budget control.
- Assessing variations, valuations and commercial risks.
- Working closely with clients, design teams and internal project teams.
- Producing CVRs, reports and financial updates.
- Supporting final account negotiations and project close-out.
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirements (JCT).
About You
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out or interiors sector.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fast-track delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with JCT contracts.
- Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capability.
- Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
