You will work on fast-paced, high-value commercial interiors and workplace transformation projects for blue-chip clients, managing full commercial responsibility from procurement through to final account.

This role offers exposure to flagship schemes, a high-performing commercial team and strong long-term progression into Senior QS or Commercial Manager roles.

Role Overview

  • Managing commercial activity across multiple fit-out projects.
  • Preparing tender packages, procurement and subcontract management.
  • Cost planning, forecasting and budget control.
  • Assessing variations, valuations and commercial risks.
  • Working closely with clients, design teams and internal project teams.
  • Producing CVRs, reports and financial updates.
  • Supporting final account negotiations and project close-out.
  • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements (JCT).

About You

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out or interiors sector.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of fast-track delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience with JCT contracts.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical and reporting capability.
  • Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
