For my client – a forward-thinking, highly respected regional contractor delivering complex, design-led projects. Are you an experienced MEP Project Manager with a passion for delivering innovative and technically intricate construction schemes? I’m recruiting on behalf of a renowned Bristol-based building contractor recognised for its high-quality projects, collaborative culture, and cutting-edge approach to construction.

With a strong pipeline of flagship schemes across the South West - including commercial, mixed-use, and specialist developments - this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated MEP professional to play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-profile, design-led projects.

The Role

As MEP Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the mechanical and electrical elements across a range of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued up to £30 million. You’ll be responsible for coordinating MEP design, procurement, and delivery, ensuring systems are integrated seamlessly into the wider construction programme. Working closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and the internal project team, you’ll ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance - on time and within budget.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record as an MEP Project Manager or Building Services Manager within main contracting or M&E contracting
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
  • Experienced in managing complex, multi-phase projects within live environments
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Based in or commutable to Bristol and the wider South West region
