We’re working with a highly regarded independent estate agency in the Bristol area looking to appoint a Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. - Registering applicants and arranging viewings
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing lets
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants

About you:
- Previous experience within lettings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
