A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Document Controller / Information Controller to join a growing modular construction business delivering innovative offsite projects across the UK. This role will act as the central hub of project information management, ensuring all documentation, drawings, models and project data are controlled, distributed and maintained correctly throughout the project lifecycle. A strong understanding of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environment (CDE) processes is essential for this role.

Role Overview

  • Managing project documentation and drawing control processes.
  • Maintaining and administering the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Managing document workflows, approvals and version control.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 information management standards.
  • Supporting project teams with document distribution and reporting.
  • Administering Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and SharePoint platforms.
  • Supporting O&M manuals, Health & Safety files and project handovers.
  • Providing training and support to project stakeholders on CDE processes.
  • Producing reporting on document status, workflows and user activity.

About You

  • Experience as a Document Controller or Information Controller within construction.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 BIM information management standards.
  • Experience using ACC, Viewpoint, Dalux, Aconex, Procore or similar CDE platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and document accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.
