Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well-known marketing agency in Bath, as they are keen to bring on board a Senior Paid Media Manager to the team on a full-time basis. Over the past few years, we have experienced a continued period of growth, and we are now looking to add additional talent to our team.
We are looking for a brilliant Senior Paid Media Manager ready for the next step in their career. Ideally, you have 3-5 years + experience managing paid digital campaigns. We are really looking for someone who has ‘hands-on’ experience, most notably across paid social, display and search.
You’ll work within a well-established digital team and provide account management support on key accounts, manage digital campaigns & plan digital strategies for new campaign briefs. Working closely with the directors of the business, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service across a variety of our clients ranging from established e-commerce brands to start-ups. You will be encouraged to take on projects from start to finish and will have true ownership of your work.
This role will offer a chance for quick progression to Senior Digital Account Manager level as you grow within the agency. No two days will be the same, and you’ll need to understand we operate in a fast-paced environment, where our team is central to the success of the agency. You’ll want to be at the heart of it. In this role your voice will be heard, and your voice will matter.
Who are you?
- You have 3-5 years paid digital experience
- You have excellent communication skills
- Confident presenting your campaign ideas and results
- Strong data analysis skills
- You’re familiar with self-serve digital platforms & reporting tools including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, GA4 & Looker Studio
- You’re an innovative digital marketer who enjoys finding a ‘better’ solution
- You’re self-starting and enjoy autonomy
- You’re happier in the office than at home and want to be part of a team
