Iβm working with a best-in-class regional contractor to recruit a Bid Manager to support their continued growth across the data centre and defence sectors. This business has built a strong reputation for delivering mission-critical projects and is known for its professional approach, technical capability, and collaborative culture.
Based ideally out of their Bath office, this role will play a key part in securing future work across some of the most secure and resilient sectors in construction.
As Bid Manager, you will take full ownership of the bid process from early engagement through to submission, managing multidisciplinary inputs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and compelling tenders.
- Managing end-to-end bid processes for data centre and defence projects
- Ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and security requirements
- Producing high-quality written content and overseeing bid documentation
Proven experience as a Bid Manager within construction or engineering
Background working on data centres, defence, or other regulated / mission-critical sectors
