large-scale residential developments
. They are now seeking an
Architectural Technologist
to join their talented team in Leicester.

This practice prides itself on combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective design solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in turning exciting concepts into buildable realities.

The role

• Prepare technical drawings, models, and detailed design packages
• Liaise with consultants, contractors & clients to ensure smooth delivery
• Work across RIBA stages from planning through to construction
• Contribute to sustainable design solutions and best practice methods
• Support project teams on large-scale housing developments

You

• Experienced Architectural Technologist with strong technical design skills
• Proficient in Revit/AutoCAD (BIM experience advantageous)
• Background in residential or mixed-use developments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication & teamworking skills
