Office Administrator – Landscaping Sector

GL6 8PE | £26,000 – £28,000 | Full-Time

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing landscaping business, who are looking for a confident and detail-driven Office Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is comfortable working with data and systems, and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive office environment.

The Role:

You’ll play a key part in supporting the Grounds Maintenance Manager and wider team to ensure smooth project delivery and accurate reporting. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing performance data from grass-cutting teams and reporting on contract delivery
  • Checking data input to ensure accurate invoicing at month-end
  • Preparing and submitting quotations, method statements and risk assessments
  • Ordering materials and plant for projects
  • Printing and compiling project job packs, including RAMS, job cards and tree surveys

What They’re Looking For:

  • Strong administrative skills and confidence with systems like Microsoft Excel and Sage
  • A good eye for detail and ability to analyse data
  • A basic understanding of Health & Safety (RAMS training can be provided)
  • Previous experience in construction or landscaping admin is desirable

The Offer:

  • Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30–5:00, Fri 8:30–2:30
  • Location: Office-based near GL6 8PE
  • 25 days holiday (Jan–Dec)
  • 3% employer pension contribution
  • Flexible or part-time hours considered (full-time preferred)
  • Full training provided
  • Start date: 4th August 2025
