We’re seeking an experienced MEP Divisional Lead to take ownership of a high-value, technically complex portfolio of projects across the M4 Corridor. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can set direction, drive performance, and elevate MEP delivery standards across multiple schemes—without the constraints of a single-project focus.

The Role

  • Lead the MEP function across a portfolio of flagship developments, ensuring excellence from pre-construction through to delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading MEP strategy and delivery across multiple projects
  • Managing and mentoring Building Services Managers, Project Managers, and commercial teams
  • Driving programme, quality, and cost performance
  • Overseeing procurement and supply chain engagement
  • Acting as the senior point of contact for stakeholders
  • Ensuring best practice in design coordination and site delivery

About You

  • Strong background in MEP / Building Services delivery
  • Experience operating at senior project or divisional level
  • Experience working in the data, energy and nuclear sectors
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams
  • Comfortable leading from both a strategic and technical standpoint
  • Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
