Role Overview
- Managing day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
- Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on time.
- Maintaining strict quality control procedures.
- Managing client, consultant and supply chain relationships.
- Overseeing health & safety compliance and site standards.
- Managing change, variations and site issues.
- Attending and leading site meetings.
- Supporting commercial performance through efficient delivery.
- Coaching and developing site teams.
About You
- Experience as a Site Manager within a main or regional contractor.
- Background delivering retail, leisure, care or similar projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes from groundworks to completion.
- Experience managing subcontract packages and site teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away during the week.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred).
