A fast-paced and varied role for an experienced Site Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering rapid pub, bar and restaurant refurbishments across the UK. You’ll take full responsibility for site delivery on quick-turnaround projects, ensuring exceptional quality, tight programme control and smooth handovers. Role Overview
- Leading fast-track refurbishment projects from strip-out to handover.
- Managing subcontractors, trades and on-site labour.
- Ensuring strict programme timelines are met (often 1–3 weeks per project).
- Overseeing all H&S, RAMS, site inductions and compliance checks.
- Coordinating materials, deliveries and on-site logistics.
- Maintaining exceptional quality and client satisfaction.
- Reporting progress to the Contracts Manager and senior team.
- Nationwide travel with overnight stays as required.
About You
- Experience delivering fast-track refurbishments (pubs, restaurants, retail or hospitality).
- Strong organisational ability and confidence running sites independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused.
