Role OverviewYou will be responsible for:
- Managing the commercial delivery of construction projects.
- Preparing and maintaining project budgets and cost plans.
- Procuring subcontractors and managing the supply chain.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and commercial reports.
- Managing valuations, variations and payment applications.
- Supporting final accounts and project close-out.
- Identifying and managing commercial risk and opportunity.
- Working closely with operational and site teams.
Experience as a QS or Senior QS within a main contractor environment. Background in general build or regional contracting preferred. Strong understanding of commercial processes and contract administration. Confident communicator with site and senior management teams. Commercially astute and organised. Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
