We're working with a highly respected independent estate agency in Leeds to recruit a Lettings Consultant / Property Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established independent agency with an excellent local reputation, offering a varied role that combines lettings, property management and customer service.
You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants while helping to drive the success of the branch.

The Role
- Generating and conducting property viewings
- Booking and arranging market appraisals/valuations
- Delivering excellent service to landlords, tenants and applicants
- Managing maintenance and coordinating repairs with contractors
- Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Supporting the wider branch team with general lettings administration and enquiries
- Building strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You
- Previous experience within residential lettings and/or property management
- Confident carrying out property viewings and generating new business opportunities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, proactive and professional approach
