We are currently working with a growing and highly regarded digital marketing agency based in Ipswich that is looking to hire a Project Manager to join its collaborative and fast-paced team. This agency works with an exciting range of clients across digital, creative and integrated marketing campaigns and is continuing to grow due to ongoing success and client demand.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard. You’ll work closely with internal teams across creative, digital, strategy and client services, helping to coordinate workflows and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects in a busy agency environment and thrives when working closely with both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple digital marketing and creative projects simultaneously
- Coordinate internal teams across design, digital, content and client services
- Build and maintain project timelines, budgets and resource plans
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Identify and resolve project challenges proactively
- Maintain excellent attention to detail across all stages of delivery
- Support continuous improvements to project management processes and workflows
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Project Manager or Account/Project Coordinator role
- Experience working within a digital marketing, creative or integrated agency environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com or similar
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload effectively
