Role Overview
- Managing the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly reporting.
- Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
- Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs and profitability.
- Supporting procurement strategy and supply chain relationships.
- Working closely with site, technical and operational teams.
- Identifying and managing commercial risk.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.
About You
- Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
- Residential developer or housebuilding experience preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
