Role Overview

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the commercial delivery of residential developments.
  • Producing CVRs, forecasts and cost reporting.
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing packages.
  • Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Monitoring project costs and budgets.
  • Supporting supply chain management and procurement activities.
  • Working closely with site and technical teams.
  • Assisting with risk management and commercial reporting.
  • Supporting profitable project delivery.

About You

  • Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor.
  • Housebuilding or residential construction experience preferred.
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of subcontract procurement and valuations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop your career.
