Role Overview
You will be responsible for
- Supporting the commercial delivery of residential developments.
- Producing CVRs, forecasts and cost reporting.
- Procuring subcontractors and managing packages.
- Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs and budgets.
- Supporting supply chain management and procurement activities.
- Working closely with site and technical teams.
- Assisting with risk management and commercial reporting.
- Supporting profitable project delivery.
About You
- Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor.
- Housebuilding or residential construction experience preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of subcontract procurement and valuations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ambitious and motivated to develop your career.
