We’re working with an established independent estate agency in Bristol who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator / Negotiator to join their team. This is a varied position combining office administration with plenty of client interaction and involvement throughout the residential sales process. They’re looking for someone friendly, professional and highly organised who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing a great level of service. Previous estate agency experience would be advantageous, but finding the right person is more important than finding someone who ticks every box on paper.

The Role
No two days will be exactly the same, with responsibilities including:
- Registering buyers and handling enquiries

- Supporting sales through to completion
- Managing keys, property boards and general office administration
