You’ll be the senior client lead, trusted advisor and strategic partner, with responsibility for shaping programmes, directing teams and ensuring work delivers against both commercial and reputational objectives.

You’ll oversee integrated, earned-led programmes and work closely with colleagues across planning, creative, and paid media to deliver joined-up solutions.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with influencer marketing experience, who can develop and deliver organic and affiliate influencer strategies across clients in Wales.

Alongside client leadership, you’ll play an active role in the wider agency, contributing to culture, community impact and new business activity.

  • Leading the strategic and creative development of integrated PR, social and influencer programmes, with channel-agnostic thinking at the core.
  • Overseeing campaigns from strategy and creative brief through to implementation, delivery and evaluation.
  • Leading influencer strategies, including paid partnerships, organic collaborations and affiliate marketing models.
  • Leading brainstorms and sharing creative inspiration and best practice from outside the agency.
  • Client Service
  • Acting as the senior day-to-day contact for clients, owning and nurturing strong, trusted relationships.
  • Providing clear, confident counsel based on a deep understanding of clients’ organisations, sectors and operating environments.
  • Presenting and discussing strategic and creative recommendations with confidence.
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce relevant services from across the agency.
  • Project and programme leadership

•Taking ownership for strategy, implementation, results and financial delivery across your portfolio, engaging specialists across the agency when required.

  • Managing the financial performance of your client portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting and job reconciliation.
  • Setting clear roles and responsibilities within account teams and providing ongoing feedback and direction.
  • Team leadership and development
  • Leading and motivating account teams, giving colleagues clear ownership and support.
  • Managing workloads across Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives.
  • Providing regular, constructive feedback and mentoring team members’ development.
  • What we’re looking for

Experience

  • 7–10 years’ experience in earned communications (PR, influencer and/or social), ideally gained within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience leading integrated campaigns across PR, social, content and influencer marketing including affiliate partnerships.
  • Experience managing senior client relationships and providing trusted strategic counsel.

Skills and approach

  • A confident, clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
