Property Manager
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join an established and successful property business in Bristol, taking responsibility for a varied portfolio
The role has a strong client-facing focus, working closely with larger portfolio clients through regular meetings and ongoing relationship management, alongside the day-to-day management of residential and student properties.
Role Overview
- Managing a portfolio of residential and student properties
- Building strong relationships with key portfolio clients
- Holding regular meetings with clients to review performance and ongoing requirements
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
- Overseeing property inspections, compliance and any required actions
- Managing tenancy queries and resolving issues effectively
About You
- Previous property management experience
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Good understanding of lettings legislation and compliance
- Proactive, personable and able to work effectively as part of a team
