The Role

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make an impact.

You'll have the opportunity to work directly with a range of clients - from start-ups to established brands - delivering data-driven paid media solutions that align with evolving privacy standards.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Leverage our attribution suite of tools to provide clear, actionable insights into campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, adjust strategies, and communicate results.
  • Work in a supportive, collaborative team environment that prioritises learning and growth.
  • Must haves
  • 2-4 years working in a paid media role
  • Great knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • Great knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of Google Tag Manager or aptitude to learn
  • Account management/client facing experience
  • Agency experience
  • Nice to haves
  • Experience with additional platforms (Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, etc.).
  • Multi-sector campaign experience.
  • Knowledge of Google Data Studio and Funnel
