The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Account Director to lead key client accounts, drive strategic growth, and manage a team of account managers. You will be the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully, on time, and in line with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as the strategic partner and trusted advisor
  • Develop and implement account strategies that deliver measurable business results
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure campaigns run smoothly
  • Mentor and manage a team of Account Managers, supporting professional development
  • Identify growth opportunities and upsell agency services where appropriate
  • Analyse campaign performance and report insights to clients in a clear and actionable way
  • Collaborate with internal teams across creative, digital, SEO, and paid media to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction through excellent account management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or senior client-facing role in a B2B marketing agency
  • Strong track record of managing multi-million-pound client accounts and delivering growth
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience mentoring and leading a small account team
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment
