Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a digital marketing agency in Brighton, as they are keen to bring on board a experienced Paid Media Manager to the team on a full time basis.

  • WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Build and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, Linked In, Snapchat and Tik Tok •Lead client calls and meetings, presenting strategies, results, and innovative ideas with confidence
  • Monitor, optimise, and analyse campaigns, delivering actionable recommendations to clients during and post-campaign
  • Support development of Paid Media Executives and Senior Paid Media Executives, ensuring work meets quality standards and best practice
  • Own and develop expertise in a specific channel and build a relationship with platform representatives becoming the go-to person in the team to help train and improve what we do
  • Implement conversion tracking across clients’ websites using Google Tag Manager to measure the success of the campaigns
  • Configure Google Analytics 4 accounts, including goal/event tracking, ensuring best practices are met
  • Champion innovative strategies and lead on cutting-edge solutions for clients, sharing expertise across the agency
  • Take part in strategy discussions, with opportunities to join new business pitches, and upselling opportunities to showcase your ideas and insights
  • Participate in internal team and company-wide meetings.
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience: Proven expertise in managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, Linked In, Snapchat and Tik Tok.
  • Analytical mindset: A data-driven approach to campaign optimisation, with a track record of achieving KPIs and delivering actionable insights.
  • Communication skills: Confident in presenting ideas and results to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Attention to detail: Organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
  • Hunger to learn: Passionate about growth—whether it’s mastering new platforms, exploring innovative strategies, or mentoring team members.
  • Desired extras: Meta Blueprint certification or experience with Google Campaign Manager 360 and Search Ads 360 is a bonus.
