We’re working with a reputable regional building contractor in Gloucester who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to oversee their general works division, delivering projects typically ranging from £100k to £1.5m. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with site teams and subcontractors to manage cost, value and change
  • Working with the Contracts Manager and Director on planning and delivery strategy
