Quantity Surveyor Location: Bristol Sector: Regional Contractor (Build) Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package The Opportunity A great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established regional contractor delivering a diverse range of construction projects across Bristol and the South West. This role offers the chance to take commercial ownership of projects, work within a supportive team and develop your career within a respected and financially stable contractor. Role Overview You will be responsible for: * Managing the commercial delivery of construction projects. * Preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts. * Procuring subcontractors and managing packages. * Producing CVRs and commercial reports. * Managing valuations, variations and final accounts. * Supporting contract administration and procurement. * Working closely with operational and site teams. * Ensuring projects are delivered profitably. About You * Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main or regional contractor. * Background in general build projects preferred. * Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge. * Confident communicator and team player. * Organised and detail focused. * Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent experience.
