We’re partnered with a growing regional contractor based in Gloucester who are looking for a capable Estimator to join their pre-construction team. The company has an excellent track record of delivering new build and refurbishment projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working across a varied portfolio and being part of a collaborative estimating and bid team. You’ll be key in pricing tenders accurately and competitively, helping to secure quality work with loyal clients.
Your role will involve:
- Preparing cost plans and competitive tenders from first principles
- Attending pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients and subcontractors
- Working closely with the operations and commercial team on buildability and programme
- Supporting negotiated tenders and framework submissions
