We’re working with a friendly and well-established architectural practice based in Torquay, who are looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist to support their growing workload with national housebuilders and regional developers. This practice has a strong pipeline of work across the South West and works closely with several leading PLC residential developers. You’ll be joining a small, supportive team where your input will be valued, and you’ll have the chance to work on a variety of projects at different stages of the planning and design process.
The role:
- Preparing detailed working drawings and technical packages for housing developments
- Producing layouts, elevations, and construction details in AutoCAD and Revit
- Coordinating with planning consultants, engineers, and housebuilders
- Ensuring compliance with building regulations, NHBC, and client design standards
