Your Day-to-Day:
- Leading Project Delivery: Take charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Managing Costs: Providing expert cost management services, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while managing costs effectively across all project stages.
- Interacting with Clients: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both public and private sector clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring we exceed their expectations.
- Mentoring: Guiding and mentoring junior members of the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborating: Working closely with your colleagues across our Liverpool and Manchester offices, contributing to the collective success of our team.
About You:
- Proven Expertise: Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with a successful track record of managing projects, ideally within a consultancy setting.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various sectors within Real Estate such as museums, residential, life sciences, infrastructure, and more, with experience in different procurement routes and contract forms.
- Leadership Skills: A collaborative spirit with the ability to lead projects and guide teams towards successful outcomes.
- Relevant Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, along with membership in a relevant professional body (RICS or equivalent), is highly desirable.
