As we grow, we’re looking for an Office Administrator who’s just as passionate about people and keeping things running smoothly as we are.
- Travel & Diary Support: Booking travel (sometimes international)
- Reception & Office Vibes: Sorting out catering when required (we do love a good sandwich platter)
- Admin & Office Support:
- General admin tasks – photocopying, filing, formatting docs
- Keeping kitchen and stationery supplies stocked
- Managing office and cleaning orders
- Supporting teams and senior leaders with ad hoc requests
- Running occasional errands (Post Office run, anyone?)
- Supporting training roll-out for new starters
- Managing maintenance visits (PAT testing, fire safety, etc.)
- Keeping noticeboards and H&S info fresh and up to date
- Helping with annual policy updates
- Supporting internal wellbeing campaigns and events (from step challenges to cake days – we like to keep things balanced!)
