About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project for one of our clients. Working as part of a busy project team, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate must be based within commuting distance of Liverpool or the Wirral, as this role is full-time on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the project team
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record actions
- Prepare reports, presentations and project correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and document control processes
- Support the onboarding and coordination of project personnel
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Handle general office and project administration duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative, project support or office coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
Desirable
- Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, engineering or project environments
- Experience using document management systems
