  • Lead and grow our Project Management offering across key infrastructure sectors
  • Build lasting client relationships and secure new work across geographies, sectors, and services
  • Operate your team with an entrepreneurial mindset, effectively running it as your own business unit
  • Recruit, mentor and develop a high‑performing team through your reputation and industry network
  • Stay close to your market, understanding where opportunities are, what’s coming next, and who the key players are
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to shape and deliver growth across the wider Infrastructure team
