Due to continued growth within our Infrastructure division, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team supporting major infrastructure and energy projects in Chesterfield. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile programmes, providing commercial and cost management expertise across complex infrastructure schemes. You will collaborate with clients, Tier 1 contractors and multidisciplinary project teams, helping to deliver projects that make a lasting impact on communities and the wider economy.

  • Support commercial and cost management activities across major infrastructure and energy projects
  • Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, including compensation events, early warnings and change control processes
  • Prepare cost plans, valuations, forecasts and commercial reports
  • Monitor project expenditure, budgets, cash flow and commercial performance
  • Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and contract reviews
  • Identify, manage and report commercial risks and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and key stakeholders

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil engineering environments. Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
