We're looking for an experienced Associate Director to join Walker Sime in North Wales. You'll develop key client relationships, win new work, lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects and support the continued growth of our regional presence.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead business development, bids and tenders.
- Deliver major infrastructure and capital programmes.
- Provide strategic commercial and project management advice.
- Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive project performance and successful client outcomes.
About You
- Extensive experience within construction, infrastructure or consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
- Proven delivery of major projects and programmes.
- Experience in power, energy, nuclear or utilities is desirable.
- Strong leadership, commercial and business development skills.
- Degree qualified and ideally Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MICE, MCIOB or equivalent).
