About You
- Degree in a relevant discipline and professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in the buildings sector, with a focus on large-scale residential projects.
- Strong JCT contract administration expertise and a proven track record managing complex, high-value schemes (NEC experience preferable but not essential).
- Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balancing client needs and project priorities.
- Digital-first mindset with proficiency in project management software.
You’ll thrive in a client-facing consultancy role, bringing a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to every project. Based in Manchester, you’ll also travel to project sites as required.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll :
