Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient administration support to the SEND department, managing and responding to emails from the SEND team and dealing with correspondence from key stakeholders.
- Ensure student data is up to date on the Academy MIS system and support the preparation of information for Education Health Care Plans and SEND reviews.
- Attend and take minutes at meetings.
- Undertake general administration duties for the wider school as required.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with a range of staff and external stakeholders.
- Strong planning and prioritising skills to meet deadlines and timescales.
Employment Details:
- Working Term Time Only plus 10 days, Permanent Contract.
