- Work across Finance, IT, Risk and Legal Operations to ensure successful delivery, adoption and ongoing optimisation of finance systems.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual activity and make better use of technology.
- Ensure strong governance, data integrity, security controls and compliance with change management and audit requirements.
- Monitor system performance, report on key trends and risks, and recommend improvements that support the firm's long‑term objectives.
We are looking for

- Knowledge of cloud‑based finance systems and emerging automation technologies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to support, motivate and develop others.

- Salary of circa £70,000, depending on experience.
- Annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of salary.
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service to 31 days.
