We’re looking for a Senior Associate or Director (4 years or more PQE) to join our top-ranked Construction & Engineering team. This role would suit a specialist in transactional construction work, or someone who enjoys a mix of transactional work and disputes.

You’ll work on high-quality transactions and disputes across:

What you’ll need:
- 4 year + PQE in non-contentious construction or a mix of non-contentious and disputes
- Strong technical and commercial skills
- Experience supervising or mentoring others
- Ambition to progress in a collaborative team
What we offer:
- Competitive salary reflective of your experience.
- Earn up to 35% bonus with our annual bonus scheme – our chargeable hours target is 1350!
- Paid sabbatical scheme where you can accrue up to 4 weeks’ paid sabbatical over a 3-year period.
- Minimum of 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays per year, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to five days per year.
- Hybrid working with a minimum of 40% of your time spent in the office.
- Auto enrolled into the workplace pension scheme, and we’ll contribute a minimum of 5% of your salary (7% for Directors).
- 4x your annual salary in the event of a death in service.
