Overview
As Chief Technology Officer, you will define and drive Walker Morris' technology, digital, data and AI agenda from the Executive Board. You will lead transformative programs, safeguard cyber and data capabilities, and partner across the firm to improve client service and business performance. This role offers direct visibility and impact, shaping technology choices at the highest level in a fast-moving, single-site environment. You will champion innovation and build high-performing teams to advance the firm’s strategic ambitions.

- Define and deliver technology, digital, data and AI strategy aligned with firm ambitions
- Champion adoption of new technologies to improve client service and business performance
- Lead business-critical technology and transformation programmes from strategy to delivery
- Ensure robust, secure and future-focused technology, cyber security and data capabilities
- Build high-performing cross-functional teams and partnerships across the business
- Provide strategic leadership as a member of the Executive Board and influence firm-wide decisions
Key requirements
- Proven technology leader with experience shaping enterprise technology strategy in a complex organisation
- Track record of leading large-scale technology and business transformation with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of data, digital and AI and their application to drive innovation and value
- Experience overseeing technology operations, cyber security, risk management and business resilience
- Commercial acumen with experience managing technology investment, supplier relationships and partnerships
- Credibility operating at Executive or Board level with ability to influence senior stakeholders
