We’re looking for a Recruitment Advisor to play a key role in managing recruitment across our Legal, Business Services and Early Careers teams. In this hands-on role, you’ll own vacancies from brief to offer, working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver a smooth, professional and engaging candidate journey. You’ll draft job adverts, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, and keep everyone informed throughout the process. You’ll also represent the firm at careers events and assessment centres. Alongside day-to-day recruitment activity, you’ll contribute to team projects that improve how we work, such as enhancing processes or supporting our employer brand. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Legal, Business Services and Early Careers.
- Draft and post engaging, accurate and inclusive job adverts.
- Proactively source, engage and screen candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback to ensure a smooth and professional process.
- Partner with hiring managers at every stage, providing guidance, insight and support.
- Keep candidates informed, engaged and supported throughout their journey.
- Represent the firm at careers fairs, law fairs and networking events.
- Organise internal and external events to attract and engage talent.
- Coordinate offers and onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for new starters.
We are looking for:
- Recruitment experience in legal or professional services, or a strong understanding of these sectors.
- Experience in a 360 recruitment role, managing both candidate and hiring manager/client relationships.
- Skilled in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and market mapping.
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and Boolean search.
- Able to assess candidates objectively against clear and consistent criteria.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, proactive and solutions-focused when handling challenges or pressure.
