What you\’ll do: Lead M&A advisory work across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to close Advise owners/shareholders on strategic, high-impact transactions Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing analysts and associates Play a pivotal role in driving firm growth, innovation, and team culture You bring: 4+ years’ corporate finance lead advisory experience Strong M&A exposure, ideally focused on owner-managed or entrepreneur-led businesses Background in a Big 6 or top-tier advisory firm ideal ACA qualification useful, but not essential Presence, leadership ability, and a sharp commercial instinct Why join?
