The Role

As Senior Manager – Restructuring Technical & Compliance, you’ll lead national restructuring standards, acting as the technical expert across multiple UK offices. From developing policy frameworks to responding to technical queries and leading training initiatives, your work will shape how the business manages compliance, risk, and regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain national templates, procedures, and checklists, delivering measurable improvements
• Capture and disseminate technical insights through timely, informed responses to queries
• Lead the firm\’s preparation for regulatory inspections and drive follow-up action plans
• Collaborate with regional leads and L&D teams to identify and meet technical training needs
• Track regulatory changes and lead proactive updates to internal guidance and policy frameworks
• Represent technical interests in committee meetings, driving strategic decision-making

What You’ll Bring

• Significant insolvency/restructuring experience in a professional services environment
• Demonstrable technical knowledge with a track record of making impactful contributions to procedures, audits, or systems
• JIEB or CPI qualifications (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, confident in influencing national and senior stakeholder groups
• Proven ability to implement new procedures and lead firmwide compliance rollouts
