About the Role

As Technical Restructuring & Compliance Senior Manager, you will be the technical cornerstone for restructuring compliance across the UK. You\’ll shape frameworks, lead national training, and set standards while being fast-tracked into a leadership role.

You will:

• Develop and maintain national templates, procedures, and technical standards.
• Lead regulatory inspection preparation and post-inspection actions.
• Monitor and respond to regulatory change, updating firmwide policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic internal and external training.
• Represent the technical function in senior decision-making forums.

Who We’re Looking For

• Solicitors with strong restructuring expertise, passionate about technical leadership and knowledge development.
• OR technical restructuring specialists (ideally JIEB-qualified) with proven compliance leadership.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in shaping frameworks and driving technical excellence.
