This is a standout opportunity to take on a senior position within a high-performing and collaborative practice, working on complex, high-value disputes for a diverse range of clients including corporates, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role

You will take a lead role in managing major cases, mentoring junior lawyers, and helping to shape the strategic growth of the team. The disputes you will handle will span a broad church of commercial litigation matters. The firm actively supports progression and offers a clear path toward partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading litigation, arbitration, and ADR matters across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes
• Advising clients on risk strategy, litigation funding, and dispute avoidance
• Drafting key litigation documents and managing proceedings from pre-action to enforcement
• Supervising and developing junior team members
• Playing an active role in business development, networking, and thought leadership

What You\’ll Bring

• 6+ years PQE in commercial litigation from a respected UK law firm
