What You’ll Do
- Support Senior Recruitment Consultants by sourcing top talent for global businesses
- Proactively find candidates using our database, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Manage the entire candidate journey from first contact through to placement
- Handle key administrative tasks such as CV formatting, interview coordination, advert posting and calendar management
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, detail-focused mindset
- Strong computer proficiency with a keen eye for detail
- Sales experience and a goal-oriented mindset
- Strong organisational skills
- Customer service experience, interacting with clients either in person or over the phone
