If you’re looking to develop deep expertise in property litigation from the outset of your legal career, this role offers the kind of exposure, mentoring and quality of work that can make all the difference. A leading law firm is expanding its top tier property litigation team and is seeking a solicitor with up to 2PQE to focus on contentious property matters. The team is known for its thoughtful, thorough approach and a client base that includes an impressive client base.
You’ll work on a broad range of matters across the entire gamut of property litigation, including construction related disputes. You will join an extremely supportive, well-resourced team that places a genuine emphasis on training and knowledge sharing. You will also work directly with approachable senior lawyers who are respected in their field.
This position is based in the firm’s Horsham office, offering hybrid working, with flexibility to work from home two days a week. There is also regular collaboration with colleagues in the firm’s wider real estate and litigation practices, providing a strong platform for cross-disciplinary learning and client exposure.
