What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise HNW and UHNW clients on estate planning, trusts, and personal tax – both UK and internationally
- Lead on multi-jurisdictional matters, including offshore trust structuring and UK inbound planning
- Support succession planning and business exit strategies for entrepreneurial clients
- Contribute to targeted business development alongside senior Partners
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in private client, tax, or trusts law
- Technical ability in UK tax, estate planning, and cross-border advisory work
- Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, family structures, and/or offshore arrangements
- Qualification as a solicitor, CILEX lawyer, or experienced paralegal in private client law
