We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Price Reporter to join our team and report on the European pulp and paper markets. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the ever-evolving world of commodities pricing, uncovering insights that power financial and physical contracts globally. Key Responsibilities
- Develop Market Expertise – Build in-depth knowledge of pulp and paper markets, including supply chains, end-uses, and key participants.
- Data Collection & Pricing – Gather, verify, and analyse pricing data using robust methodologies and in alignment with IOSCO principles to publish representative, trusted prices.
- Content Creation – Produce engaging and insightful market commentaries, news articles, and PRA (Price Reporting Agency) content that supports market transparency.
- Relationship Building – Cultivate a network of industry contacts to gather pricing data and uncover news exclusives via calls, meetings, and events.
- Collaboration & Representation – Work within a regional and global editorial team, support broader engagement strategies, and represent the organisation at conferences and industry meetings.
About You
- Languages – Fluent written and spoken English; other European languages are a plus.
- Interest & Experience – Passionate about commodities and financial markets. Background in journalism, data analysis, or trade sectors is highly beneficial.
